The cost of returning your product is $30.00 for each parcel, which will be deducted from your refund.

How to return

Should you wish to return your order, please do so within 14 days by following these steps:

1. Pack all the items you wish to return – ideally into the original parcel provided

2. You can generate a return label automatically (see “Request Return Label” segment below), Please add the request information and select the product you wish to return. Once done you will be prompted to print the generated Return label. 

3. Once you have the parcel ready please book a pickup with the respective carrier (UPS pickup request )

4. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage (receipt) when returning goods to us.

The moment we receive your returned parcel we will arrange your refund (excluding return & handling fees) and a notification e-mail will be sent to you. If you have any questions regarding your return, please contact us.

Can I use a different carrier to return my order?

You have the option to arrange a return shipment yourself through any postal courier within 14 days. In this case, you will be responsible for the full cost of returning the parcel and the products will be your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please make sure to fill out the Return Form in the bottom of the Delivery Note enclosed with your order and enclose the Return Form with your products in order to process your refund correctly.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the handling fees.

After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit card, Stripe or Paypal account.
